After being made redundant, I followed my passion of coaching and as facilitator of career and innovation workshops. My focus is on Business professionals who feel stuck in their career journey and I give them the Kick they need to move forward and take action. Hence the name “InnKick”. At same time, I am the Managing Director of Noble Manhattan Coaching Institution, training magnificent coaches and act as a force for good. I am volunteering as the president of OWIT, Organization Women International Trade Lake Geneva, believing strongly in women’s empowerment, fostering, and supporting with capacity building workshops, panel discussion on trade and collaborating with International Organizations such as ITC, WTO and many more.
